How to Order

Ordering through T3E's web site is easy & convenient. (We are happy to receive your phone-orders as well.) Our objective is to same-day ship orders submitted by 3 PM Pacific Time. (UPS picks-up each Business Day at 4 PM Pacific Time.)

Quick & Easy. Fill in the quantities and your purchases will be totaled for you when you get to the final order form. Your personal information and credit card information is treated with security and confidentiality.


To prevent against fraud, a T3E employee will contact you for each and every web order placed.  T3E's website deploys state-of-the-art fraud / security & encryption technologies to check for fraud & protect customer privacy during your ordering process but we find it best to speak with our customers directly, in part to insure they're ordering the correct item.  Orders are processed real-time & will be received at T3E shortly after completion.

Purchase Orders are accepted for established customers. If you are not an established customer, please contact us and we can make credit arrangements. Red Pricing listed on our web site is our basic, corporate pricing. Please contact us and we can determine if you qualify for a volume-pricing program.



All in-stock merchandise may be returned to the T3E Co within 30-days from Date of Invoice.  All Returns are shipped at thePurchaser's cost.  Please contact T3E for return information.  Items returned without original packing materials will be subject to a minimum 15% Restocking Fee. 

Sorry folks, but Absolutely No Returns will be accepted after the 30-days.


All headsets models carried by the T3E have a Manufacturers Warranty. When product fails, contact us & we will determine the warranty status as well as provide you with the quickest alternative for getting the item replaced.
Plantronics Professional Grade Headsets (H-Series) & Corded Amplifiers carry a 2-year Warranty. Plantronics Wireless units carry a 1-Year Warranty. 

All warranty replacements units are Plantronics remanufactured & will carry a Plantronics 1-Year Warranty.
