Ordering through T3E's web site is easy & convenient. (We are happy to receive your phone-orders as well.) Our objective is to same-day ship orders submitted by 3 PM Pacific Time. (UPS Dana picks-up each Business Day at 4 PM Pacific Time.)

Purchase Orders are accepted for established customers. If you are not an established customer, please contact us and we can make credit arrangements. Red Pricing listed on our web site is our basic, corporate pricing. Please contact us and we can determine if you qualify for a volume-pricing program.

SHIPPING: T3E offers FREE UPS Ground or 3 Day Shipping, for orders over $200, so your ORDER is received in 3-Business Days anywhere within the USA.
We normally ship the same day the order is placed. If required, your order can be expedited UPS Red (Next Business Day for $40.00, but based upon actual weight) or, UPS Blue (2-Business Day for $20.).

RETURN POLICY:
All in-stock merchandise may be returned to the T3E Co within 30-days from Date of Invoice by contacting T3E and receiving return information, which will be at Purchaser's cost. Items returned without original packing materials will be subject to a 15% Restocking Fee. Sorry folks, but No Returns will be accepted after the 30-day period.
SERVICE AND REPAIR WARRANTIES:
Plantronics has an Out of Warranty Replacement Program for the Professional Headset Tops & Adapters. All replacements units will be Plantronics remanufactured units & will carry a Plantronics 1-Year Warranty.
